I've used them and they're pretty neat.
The accuracy is a bit hit and miss if you type at the speed I do, which is 80 wpm, not that fast, actually. So it can be a bit annoying.

wow, i've never seen or heard of these! 
But looking at it it seems rather dodgy. I mean your fingers when typing get in the way of large segments of the beam, how does the beam sensor know what you're pressing.
