There is a very strange story about an exchange program between the US Government and aliens from Zeta Reticuli, called Project Serpo.
Some people think it occurred, while others think it is either science fiction or attempted disinformation.
I tend to agree with the latter.

If it's not true, then why did the shadow government screw up the formatting on his links in order to sow confusion? It's the only logical conclusion.
