Production notes on the TMP Enterprise cutaway poster

They didn't say who wrote these notes, but Roddenberry (@Roddenberry on Twitter) posted an interesting shot of that old TMP Enterprise cutaway poster with some production notes scribbled on it. Wish they'd published the whole poster, because I'd love to see what was written on the primary hull, but it's still neat.

I wonder if it's Probert's handwriting. All the notes I've seen of his are written in square caps like that. And I know he had opinions about trying to match the interiors to the exteriors more than the actual set designers did.

On the other hand, it looks like my own handwriting too, and I know I didn't make those notes!

Handwriting isn't quite as "flowy" as on Probert's annotated cutaway, but it could just be he spent more time on that so wrote a bit neater.

With regard to the OPs wish to see primary hull notes, the linked document seems to just be the engineering hull, since the left side shows signs of having edges (note the bent corner at the top).

Overall, I get the impression that these are Andy's notes on David Kimball's cutaway. For instance, it looks like it's being pointed out that the photon torpedo tubes should have been visible on the level where Kirk first entered engineering based on the Kimball cutaway, whereas in Probert's version, the torpedo tubes were another deck higher.

Interesting. A pity it's cropped so much.

But the content of those notes only makes me more convinced that the writer was none other than Andrew Probert. He occasionally posts here, perhaps he might show up to confirm or deny this assumption.
