Going by this, we can place some scenes from the trailer into 1.11 (or maybe 1.12 if it is a double episode like "lost and found"). The ice planet with both the Protostar and the Dauntless group on the surface was already known/guessed, but it would seem that the "skydiving" (which reminds me of Mariner's antics in Lower Decks S03E02), the explosion and Gwyn's epiphany are all from the same episode.
My best guess as to what happens: the kids decide to join Starfleet, they travel to a remote outpost that's relatively close to Tars Lamora, they can't use the transporter for whatever reason and thus do the skydiving thing, they meet with a Starfleet officer on the local station/outpost and after a certain sequence of events, they are on the run chased by Janeway and co. At some unspecified point, they pick up Okona and at some other point (or the same) there is an explosion (in space - possibly the structure briefly seen at 0:52 of the mid-season trailer) after which Gwyn remembers everything. Maybe the explosion is already caused by the "living construct", if it is a Federation structure.
