Prius-Class Shuttlecraft

Welcome, skai. You're trying to put an HTML file in an image tag... that ain't gonna roll.

(Never mind the fact that you have to have at least 50 posts before the image tag will work in the first place.)

Here you go:

Is this your Prius, skai?

Hmmm. Looks more like a shuttlepod to me.

Does it have warp drive? If so, they did a nice job of fairing in the nacelles. Those must be the bussard collectors on the bow.

Full treknical details are on the web page. Check the SPECS and MODS links in the Technical Documents.

Hey, if you're looking for a cute, eco-conscious, trekkie girl, I'd say this was a pretty good way to find one.

All' us geeky birds gotta show our plumage somehow.

Right on! I only wish I could afford a Prius.

You'd be better off with a Civic hybrid... the battery for the Prius costs a thousand dollars to replace, so in the long run, the extra money you save on gas goes towards the cost of a new battery.

HOoo boy. One of the reasons the Zhang Heng has become what it is, is to dispel myths about it. The batteries at this point are lasting the life of the car. Jesse Rudovsky has 333,000+ miles on his. The taxi fleet in Vancouver has several with over 200,000 miles on them.

The only batteries that get replaced are those involved in wrecks, and the few rare one with bad modules that have been replaced under warranty.

This is not the place for further discussion of this, although I would love to. PM me or check into PriusChat.com BBS. My handle there is Doc Willie.

Yah. the chick magnet thing.

Yes.

I am however a bit too married to take advantage of it.

Typical reaction is here: http://www.willieyee.com/Trekker_1731.jpg

My website was hijacked. The new one is willieyee.info if anyone wants to view any of the web pages mentioned above.

I was done by a professional sign shop. I brought in the sketches, the fonts I wanted, and worked on the design a little together. They did all the computer work, printed it out on adhesive vinyl and did the application.

This year: custom seat covers with Starfleet logo and registry number.
