Prior differences in the new...

I"m not very good at remembering details, but would Hurley still have had the numbers to win the lottery?

They haven't said whether or not he used the numbers to win, just that he's extraordinarily lucky.
There's a direct answer in this picture if you want to be spoiled.
Interesting to see 77 as one of his winning numbers considering "Enter 77" (which occurred on Day 77).

Just thinking about Shannon not being on the plane with Boone.

In "Man of Science, Man of Faith", Jack saves his future wife Sarah instead of Adam Rutherford, Shannon's father.

In the alternate universe, however, Jack has a son and we do not see who his mother is.

I'm wondering if this perhaps indicates that Jack made a different decision, and saved Adam Rutherford instead, changing Shannon and Boone's lives considerably.

And still super rich and still owns the Box Company and Mr. Clucks. So unless he won the lottery a different way, then I would assume he used the numbers again. But maybe the numbers are lucky in this alternate world?

Those aren't necessarily "magic numbers" (assuming each alternate reality has its own set of "magic numbers"). I think Hurley just happened to win the lottery the way all lottery winners do it - random chance. The absence of bad things subsequently happening would explain why he thinks he's lucky. If there are an infinite number of parallel realities, there has to be one reality in which Hurley wins the lottery "naturally" and this is it.

9) Charlie has a different haircut.
So does Jack. The mysterious brushcut that didn't grow for like 2 seasons, is now a combed style, similar to the one he is sporting in the 2007 prime reality. & apparently he's waxing his chest in the alternate reality too

He's actually been waxing his chest for a few seasons. It made me laugh the first time I saw it.

Is there a list matching the wheel's numbers with the names...what's the significance of each number?

I still think he got the numbers in the same way. What I think happened is that the nuke didn't cause the island to sink immediately, but over the course of a few months or years. This would give time for everyone to evacuate (including Ethan and Ben). It would also give time to Hurley's friend to hear the numbers on the radio (If he hadn't heard them before the events of "The incident").
