Wow. And I thought it was bad when my little error happened 50 miles away from the place where I bought it! I had to make a return trip to the city to exchange it. (This, needless to say, was before gas hit $2 a gallon or I would've eaten the loss and bought a new copy locally!!!)

I had something of an opposite problem, where Q & A had many pages saturated with ink, and other pages seemingly creased during printing. Lucky that was a library book, and I made sure the copy I bought didn't have the same problem.
