printer cartridge issue

Ok... I just bought a cartridge for my Dell A960 from Cartridge World. It's the Cartridge World brand. I print a page or even cope a page and the printer sounds like it is working yet after all the noise and the thing going back and forth, nothing appears on the page.

Can you help?
