"Prime: Battle For Dominus" sci-fi MMO (subscription-based)

Newly-founded US based developer Pitchblack Games announced Prime: Battle For Dominus, their first MMO project that developed by industry veterans coming from Guild Wars, D&D online, Warhammer, and SWTOR dev teams. Utilizing Hero Engine (the same as SWTOR's), Prime is an MMORPG sets in the science fiction world that composed of seamless maps. The game features player-driven content and story events conducted by employees. Prime is subscription-based and scheduled for 2011 release.

Plot sounds like Halo meet's Mass Effect......or...Mass Effect meet's Halo. Not sayin' that's a bad thing, will have to see more to really judge
