I've been researching the Primal and Paleo lifestyle websites for about a week now, and I'm considering trying this. I've been trying to limit my processed food intake since early summer (with varying degrees of success), but when I'm serious about it, I feel great, and my clothes are looser, although the scale says I've lost about 8 pounds.
I suck at getting my ass to the gym, and this calls for more natural movement, most of which I can probably do at home and around my neighborhood.
I'm also reading the book Wheat Belly, which addresses the history or wheat and it's modern uses, and how human modification of it over the last 50 or so years has created changes which have not been fully researched. The author hypothesises that it's partly responsible for obesity epidemic. Whether it's true or not, it certainly makes me less inclined to eat processed food.
