A number of people have encountered issues that their memberships have auto-renewed, then the system is not picking up this payment status.
If you became premium last year, please CANCEL any existing subscriptions in your PayPal account. To do this:

If you became premium last year, please CANCEL any existing subscriptions in your PayPal account. To do this:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Profile near the top of the page.
- Click Payment preferences.
- Click Update next to "My preapproved payments".
- Select your premium membership subscription and cancel it.
