The guidelines (and JVC's explanations) do give some wiggle room. I don't think they're going to come after people unless they step way over the line. JVC even said as much in the interview.

Frankly, the way you keep repeating this mantra of yours suggests an agenda or at least a desire. I do hope I'm misinterpreting your sentiments.
