Post Your Ride: The Faster and More Furious-er Edition

I still have my 2004 Ford Focus ZX3, 2.3 L PZEV 4-cylinder engine, 145 hp. Actual fuel economy for me is around 20 mpg city and 30 mpg highway. Here's an older pic that I haven't posted here before.

Last summer, I lost an argument with an SUV that had an absurdly high rear bumper.

Unplanned upgrades included a new hood, grill, and radiator support. Fortunately the bumper, radiator, and condenser were not damaged.

Planned upgrades have included a set of four Goodyear Assurance TripleTred tires to replace the God-awful stock Goodyear Eagle RS-As. I also replaced the battery a couple of weeks ago, as the five-year-old stock battery was starting to get flaky. I'll be replacing the spark plugs and doing an oil change in the next few weeks, as well as checking the wiring to the speaker in the driver's-side door (repeated slamming of the door has loosened a connection).

Haven't got a recent external pic (and you've probably all seen the older pics I've previously uploaded), but I had my camera with me today in the car, so here a couple of interior pics. As you can see, she's starting to get a few miles on her now, but I still like driving her:

Still a hot car. Too bad I can't fit in Audi's sport seats.

Here are a couple of pics of my car, but they're a few months old so y'all might have already seen them.

I'm proud of my MOMO wheels.

She's a little beauty. :D

For those wondering, it's a Seat Ibiza FR, with a bit of a twist.

It's why they call me Dr Sinister... ;)

I thought those reasons were sealed by court order, or am I thinking of something else?

Your Sunday ride is still the bomb.

One of our nieces is getting married this weekend and she's asked me to drive her and her new husband away from the reception in it. Should be pretty neat, the two of them sitting in the rumble seat.

Look like OWOW wheels to me. ;)

Indeed she is, probably like her owner. :D

I really doubt anyone here wants to see pictures of my 1995 Ford Escort Wagon with the dented hood and cracked windshield.

I did a quick search and found there hasn't been a "show off your car" thread in a while...and I just washed and detailed my new car today so...I was inspired.

Behold, my month old 2009 Honda Accord EX coupe, in gleaming Belize Blue Pearl, sporting a DOHC i-VTEC all aluminum 4-cylinder engine pumping out around 190 HP while giving me roughly 27 MPG combined, only costing me an average of $45 at the pump, and that's when I fill up with Chevron (only the best for this one). I went from a full size pickup to this, so it's taken some getting used to, but I acclimated to the change from 15 MPG and $65 fill ups quite easily.

Some day when I have the funds I'd like to get some bigger wheels and tires. Nothing too huge, maybe some tasteful 18" or 19" 5-spokes.

Anyway, that's mine. Let's see yours.
Wow, that's nice. Hondas are the way to go. We have an Accord, but it pales in comparison to yours.

2008 Civic Coupe EXL. Its nice it gets me from point A to B. And you've seen these all over the road so need for me to post a pic. :D

Damn jkladis you must be loaded to afford that! Pretty cool car but for luxury sedan I have other cars I'd rather get.

^ Same here. Despite the fact that Clarkson says only cocks buy Audis, I'd get an RS4. If we didn't get a ton of snow in the winters I'd consider an M3 as well.

I was going through my camera's memory and found the pics from the day I took delivery of my car.

This was my loaner car I used for about half a day while they transported my car from one dealer to the other...and no offense to Focus owners but it was quite possibly the worst car I have ever driven.

It rattled like a washing machine with an off balance load, had terrible ride and build quality and the worst ergonomics I've ever experienced. I have a theory that they put people in crappy loaners so that when they get their actual car they're that much more excited and impressed. I hope that car isn't a representation of every other Focus...for their owners' sake.
