She's not snarling. She's meowing, "Feed me!" Ashlie does not snarl or bite. And she only scratches me accidently sometimes when she jumps on my lap (and I'm wearing shorts).That looks like the Halloween images that scared me as a child...and a little bit now...This is my wife's cat Ashlie.

Here are a couple of pictures of our cat Toby, who we've had since November. He's two years old and very affectionate and rambunctious. He has some of the oddest behaviors I've ever seen a cat possess, and I've had a lot of cats growing up. I love him.

Here's Pippin, she is 8 or 9 or 10 months old in this picture, which I took right after Christmas (I bought her a hockey jersey for Christmas!). There is a fireplace right next to that chair, and she loves to sit there when it is burning:
