Here's my tree--just put it up tonight. I put ribbon on it instead of tinsel, but I wonder why I bothered, since all the ornaments cover it up anyway. I didn't even put all of the ornaments on this year, either. If you look closely, you can see my Tardis ornament at the top.


This is one of the new ornaments I bought this year. I just love him.


Picked up a couple of these this year, too. I think they look great with the ribbon.


My dinning room. We don't have a fireplace, so I hang the stocking up on the shelves. Mine is the white and gold one, hubby's is the red and white one and Junior's is the one in the middle (in case you couldn't figure that out).


I didn't put any Trek ornaments on the tree but I have a Trek Christmas wreath that I put on the door every year:

Newton himself is on top of the tree surround by apples and also coins (as he was the Master of the Royal Mint at one stage)

Carl Sagan and Galileo are surrounded by stars

Also on the tree are Sherlock Holmes, Benjamin Franklin, Mark Twain, Charles Dickens, Oscar Wilde and Schrodinger's Cat. i also have placed the felties I have made on the tree.

Nope, just saying I would rather celebrate his birth of someone who was actually born on the 25 December. I also watch The African Queen each year because Humphrey Bogart was also born on 25 December.

One of the things I'm realizing this year is I'm a little jealous of all the sci fi themed trees. Maybe one of these days I will go get Ornaments from Star Trek or a Tardis Ornament to put it on the tree. Now it's just your regular ornaments and we have old ones like Baby's first christmas and stuff like that.

As for my tree, it's just your typical artificial tree. I love Artificial trees, you can put it up the day after Thanksgiving and they won't go bad by the time Christmas gets here.
