Security/Weapons: Sela or Ishara Yar

Chief Engineer: Leah Brahms, or a finally completely deranged Lt. Barclay

Political Officer (Counselor): Devinoni Ral

Chief Medical Officer: A copy of the EMH program, (illegally?) modified to remove the Hippocratic Oath.

Anyone have better recommendations for any of these? The only requirement is that the person/being has to primarily live in the Prime universe.
