^ Oh, that's awful! I'm so sorry to hear that. Hopefully she is able to start treatment soon? Best wishes to her, and to you and your family.
Yeah it's been an odd day for sure..... The news was not wholly unexpected. But yeah treatment soon we hope, just arranging doctors
It is true younger kids are comparatively fearless in many ways. I didn't develop my fear of heights until my treehouse years ended......and like my older brother stuck my finger into a LARGE high-power fan to see what would happen. Guess what occurred afterward?
yep - when my parents build their house we salvaged cable left-overs to make nonsense with them (like john lennon glasses without glasses) - one of my younger brothers aproached an electrical outlet with a deinsulated cobber wire (1.5 square millimeters - those that go into the walls) in each hand, my older brother just knocked him over the head so that he couldn't reach the outlet (he was nearly at it)
They were never told. Like my brother, who I wasn't imitating, we simply chipped our fingertips. They make large fans much safer now, I trust. I wonder if Gary Busey ever tried the same....
At my high school graduation, I received awards both for HL Biology (basically "Teacher's Pet" Award) and for the best male singer in the senior choir.
So many poison control calls are for kids whose older sibling gave them pills to try, telling them it was candy.
It was hardly a thing. It lasted like a few weeks and then both of us realized it was just a physical thing and we parted cordially. But she was rather unforgettable and all.
I just read that as random farts about yourself. Yea, usually and my eyes are not what they use to be.
My mom's younger sister was born October 30th. My mom's older brother was born November 1st. My mom was born November 3rd. All two years and two days apart. The only outlier is my Mom's older sister.
I apparently give off good energy which makes animals like me, which is fine since I like animals better than people. I've had horses come all the way across a fairly large corral just to come say hi and hang out by me, and when my mom I visited an small animal sanctuary (the sanctuary was small, not the animals, it was farm sanctuary, so they were big animals) a few months ago, one of the goats just glued himself to me side as we came in, and stayed with me for the first few minutes we were there. Pretty much every dog I meet, even just random ones on the street, seem to like me.
