I, too, am unconvinced that this is "any more than another set of simulations."
Hang on if it was here all along why hasn't its mass or gravity affected other planets and bodies in the solar system?
It wasn't confusion, she was incredulous. As in, "I can't believe you're suggesting this!"... Ha! What's to get straight, though? I never understood her confusion, there. Maybe it's the accent he's wearing ...
Precisely. There are some irregularities concerning the orbits of known Kuiper belt objects like Sedna. And these new calculations point to the proposed Planet Nine as the culprit.Isn't this exactly what they're saying? That something is affecting other bodies in the solar system and therefor there must be another planet.
Not yet. But based on this evidence, astronomers are now actively looking. This is a theoretical exercise. No "ninth planet" has been images
How long do you think it'll be before the Zachariah Sitchin supporters claim its NIbiru?
Isn't this exactly what they're saying?
So if it's not a planet what did he think he found? So bizzare
Stick with your regressive politics threads

Ah, OK . My mistake. I thought they meant it was something but not conclusive.
Do not use this thread for some personal feud.

Actually I had a serious question. I mused on the thought of a rogue planet careening into our solar system, so what would happen if such a body did this and say hit Saturn, Neptune or Jupiter? If it was of sufficient size to not just bounce off or break up.
Stop derailing the thread.
What are we talking here? Large enough to affect the orbit?Actually I had a serious question.
