Here is a list of possible DS9 movies they could do if they do blu ray. bascliy any 3 parter could make up to a movie length.

Joining The Homecoming, The Circle and The Siege came up to 2 hours and 2 minutes.

Those are fine ideas. I would agree that Sons and Daughters can be ignored without too many problems. I do think that you are trying to hard to creat cohesive sets of three. Tears-Image-Shadows are not necessarily popular episodes, and outside Jem'Hadar, the initia Founders trilogy lacks punch.

OTOH, I think Garak centered "movies" would work very well: The Wire-Improbable Cause-The Die is Cast and Broken Link-In Purgatory's Shadow-By Inferno's Light.

I would say it doesn't necessarily have to be 3 parters. The Way of the Warrior would make a good addition with sufficient special features...such as a Worf/Klingon based documentary.

I would love to have a Garak Bluray set. You have to include the first Garak episode Past Prologue.

Improbably Cause and The Die Is Cast, I think, would make great "test" movie for DS9 in HD, as that giant battle scene was all shot with models. (I just found an old issue of "Star Trek Communicator" the other day, and there was an article talking about how the entire battle was shot and edited over a 2 month period, and just the show of Defiant flying through the destroyed Jem'Hadar ship took 4 days to create, so this battle already exists in HD).
