Poorly treated characters

What about it being included in the back of a novel? I know Star Wars has done that with alot of their stuff that was originally released as ebooks.

We can spin hypotheticals until the Talarian quasibovines come home, but it's pure pie-in-the-sky. The whole point of this, I figure, is to try to get the original ebook line going again. So they're not instantly going to turn around and print this on paper. If that ever happens, in some form or another, it'll be years from now, and I doubt anyone's making plans for it at this stage. As things stand now, this is an ebook only, period, end of story.

Which isn't exactly fair for those of us who like to physically feel a book in our hands.

What's unfair about it?

I like holding a book in my hands, but I like reading more. It's not the paper and ink that are the essence of the reading experience, it's the words and ideas. Just because you like one thing, that doesn't mean you have to refuse to even try different things once in a while. What you're saying is like saying that making something a TV series is unfair to people who like going to the movies, or that creating a recipe in casserole form is unfair to people who like sandwiches. Because people who like movies still watch TV, and people who like sandwiches still eat other foods. Liking is not automatically an exclusive relationship.

My big complaint with eBooks was I didn't have an eBook reader, so I was limited to reading it on my computer. Now that my phone handles eBooks, I'm on board with them. I'll definitely be buying The Struggle Within as an eBook.
