Poorly drawn covers

Didn't Mike Collins also draw one of the early New Frontier comics, and some Doctor Who for the British magazine? If that's who I'm thinking of, he's a really good artist.
There was only one "early" NF comic -- the one-shot "Double Time," published by WildStorm, and which Mike drew -- but yeah, it's the same guy. :)

Ah, okay. I actually didn't think there was more than one "early" NF comic (I couldn't remember more than one, anyway), but was hedging my bets in case I was wrong. In any case, Mike Collins rules.

I wish I had my books with me to look up some concrete examples of this..

So many of the 90s TNG books portray Data with a blankly inquisitive look on his face. Surely he does look like that at times but they always pushed it too far into the realm of almost a parody. On many of these covers he reminded me of Scooby Doo in a bizarre way. "Will you do it for TWO Data snacks?"
