I'm glad someone earlier mentioned Archer. That guy was kidnapped or mutated nearly every other episode. I had to laugh when I watched "The Expanse" a few weeks ago on Sy Fy and the Suliban grabbed him off the bridge of the NX-01 in like 2 seconds after they spotted the Suliban ships. It took the Borg longer to beam Picard off the Enterprise-D in BOBW

While I think Picard had a pretty tough time of it, we should also mention a couple of other items and episodes that would've melted most people's mindset.

Riker gets taken in by Armus in "Skin of Evil"
Gets hooked by the alien root at the end of the second season....
Learns he has a duplicate in "Second Chances"
