Cause we have not evolved out of it yet. If hate continues we will die.
Pony Fandom aside (just for a moment) I dont think I believe that.
There is some reason we hate, and its not simply becasue we have not evolved out of it yet.
On some level the capcity to hate, is useful to humans.
What is the use of hate? Constricting sapient thoughts? Destroying civilizations? Failing to thoroughly understand something?
Hatred can be used for good though - it depends what you're hating.
to be honest im not sure, but I know that humans are REALLY good at hate, even the most trival things can be the source of vile haterd, I dont believe that this is an accident.
If hate was as useless as some say we wouldnt do it anymore.

I think it's just because Humans haven't been down from the trees for very long. In geological terms and evolutionary terms, Humanity is very young. Life is billions of years old, multicellular life is a half billion years old, many species are millions of years old, but Humanity is brand new and anything resembling civilization is newer still. Intellectually and artistically, we are precocious; instinctively and behaviorally, we are still animals.

Well, not all ponies are good. For example, (The Amazing) Trixie is deceitful, proud, and sneaky. At one point in the season, she gets shown up by Twilight Sparkle after she managed to endanger everyone's lives. There are ponies who engage in class division (wealthy, urbanite ponies looking down on country ponies), too. So not everypony's all light and friendship. Our friends, the protagonists in the show, are compassionate, loyal, honest, generous, kind, gently good humored, and work as a team. Each pony outside of that group varies.
Someone around here actually did that. Looked very good, too! I just wish I could find that pic.the only way you could have ruined the franchise more, is if you made the Enterprise a Transformer.

does that ever work outside of kids TV? That kind of attitude can seem annonying in adults.
He forgot to mention they're all flawed in someway. Pinkie Pie is extremely outgoing to the point of being annoying, Rarity is a workaholic, Applejack is very stubborn, Rainbow Dash is an extreme braggart, Fluttershy is extremely shy and prefers the company of wild animals, and Twilight Sparkle is anti-social. It's these flaws that make the stories so entertaining.

ok first of all to be clear, I am talking about the most recent Star Trek movie. The one with Chris Pine as Kirk.
I can say with total confidence that if I had to pick 1 movie to watch (either Transformers or Star Trek) for the rest of my life. Theer is no question in my mind that it would be Star Trek.
Even if I didnt like the Star Trek movie, there si no way I could hate it as much as I did the Transformers movie.
I find the kind of person who preaches on about teamwork to be highly annoying. However im sure we all know a do-gooder type who over does it on at least one of those qualites.You find compassion, loyalty, honesty, generosity, kindness, good humor, and teamwork annoying?
