My vote goes to Susan Diol.

It is because of her performance that "Lifesigns" happens to be my favorite VOY episode. I was at the Las Vegas Hilton's Star Trek: The Experience last fall, and in their gift shop they were playing this very episode. It is a well-written episode, and Susan Diol's performance really draws you in.
