Close second: the regal Stephanie Beacham.
It's tough to NOT say Pat Tallman, 'cause I'm such a fan of hers, but I'm voting the hotness factor with stupid alien makeup included, so she gets points off.
Also Ellen Brye, who I always thought was the hottest babe on St. Elsewhere, but whose hotness was seriously marred by Michael Westmore's obsession with foreheads.

I am surprised at Jennifer Gatti's relatively poor showing. Being everyone's #2 choice (mine included), hasn't seemed to translate into many first place votes, alas.
Big kudos to Forbin for knowing Maryam and Olivia are cousins, not sisters. Lots of people make that faulty assumption.
