Had to go with Sherry Jackson. Maurishka is very, very pretty... but she just can't beat Sherry.

I watched TOS reruns from earliest childhood, and must have seen "What Are Little Girls Made Of?" many times. But I saw it again when I was starting to get obsessively into Trek, which just happened to be when I was about 12 or 13... and Sherry Jackson was a revelation.

Kinda sticks with you, you know?
