POLL - Girlfriends, who's your daddy? NuKirk, NuSpock, or NuBones?

Okay, I'm female and I've voted in both threads. In the other poll I voted Spock/Quinto. In this one I voted McCoy/Urban. I'd say the reasoning behind the switch is partially the surprise over a hot McCoy. I was so not surprised I found Quinto good-looking as Spock.
I am also rewatching TOS and am finding that as I'm older I'm finding Kelley's McCoy more attractive now that I'm not a teen. However, McCoy was always the second choice behind Spock. Nothing against Shatner or Pine but I've just never found Kirk appealing in that way, though I do like Shatner's Kirk better.
To do the NileQT87 type of list I'd say Nimoy, Urban, Quinto, Kelley.
I'm torn on the last two- they could easily be flipped. I've also found that I find Kelley much more attractive in the movies than in TOS.

It was 5 years ago at a LOTR con in London. A bunch of actors (more or less known) from the movie were invited and that year he was the most famous one. Poor guy seemed embarrassed each time a fan girl went up and talked to him. That was cuteYou have? When? How? Did you speak? I didn't get to talk to him because I had so many things to see and do in 3 days I didn't take the time to queue for his autograph. And I don't go and speak to actors and such invited to cons when they are "off".
Hm. I have to say that, while Urban is really a very good-looking and hot guy, I don't find the McCoy, the chracter, sexy, in either version.
I remember Bruce Greenwood from Atom Egoyan's "The Sweet Hereafter", he was excellent. His character was very scruffy, but still kinda hot since he was so angry.
He can't possibly get thinner without being really skinny... He's not far from that as he is.
I'm guessing you meant his cheeks, so his cheekbones would stand out more... I thought his face already looked thinner and his bone structure more pronounced in the movie than it normally does. The only way it can get bonier is if 1) he becomes emaciated, like Bale in "The Machinist", or 2) it happens spontaneously with age... Then again, I guess the latter is possible, for instance Nimoy's face looks much softer in some of those pre-TOS pics and videos. I think he looked older than his age in TOS.

I think Quinto's facial bone structure is very similar to Nimoy's. Take a look at my avatar, for instance.
I did think though that nuSpock's face seemed somewhat younger (less angles, a bit rounder) but he's 10 years younger than Spock Prime in TOS so that's logical.

I remember seeing a very funny Kelley interview, in which he mentioned the most memorable fan attention he could remember receiving, the story went: a beautiful young lady sent him a photo of herself au naturale. And on the back of the photo, she had taped a rolled, ready to smoke joint. The note said: since he had lit her fire so many times, so to speak, she wanted to return the favour.
That's the first inkling I had the good doctor wasn't short of a devoted groupie or two...

This reminds me of the YouTube clip with Quinto blushing bright red at Comic Con 2008 or something. The whole cast of Heroes was there and this girl kept shouting, "Sylar! Sylar!" after she asked in the microphone, "how did you get to be so sexy", etc., etc.
Right. Quinto's just young. And to reply to DevilEyes, these actors are taller than they look, because they're all tall. Likewise, they're a little bigger than we think. Quinto is well-proportioned, with a thin waist, but he's not exactly thin. I had a shock when I saw him in the scene with Winona Ryder. He looked so much bigger than her. (Mostly, taller, I guess.) And you're right, it's the cheeks I find very young-looking in the film, compared to Nimoy's - or even to himself on other pics.
Think of the pictures they took when they were probably doing hair and makeup tryouts, too. He looked even smoother.
