I do quite a lot of exercise, since I had the ACL in my right knee replaced I have to keep it very limber.
I run 2 or 3 times a week and do a general workout of about an hour every day including rowing and lots of stretching, but I have to be careful because I have no cartilage left, so I try to strike a balance between keeping the knee used to being shocked and keeping the muscles strong to avoid another injury, but also try not to wear it out completely before I get too old.
