But "bicentennial" means 200 years (...ennial), not 200th anything.

Bicentennial can mean the 200th anniversary, in our case it is 200th episode, so I think it still count, but I know where you are coming from, generally the use does equate to 200 years

Actually, it only means 200th anniversary or events pertaining to same, even if people occasionally mistakenly use it to mean 200 something-elses.
