Does anyone else use PlayStation Vue?
I live with my 65+ year-old parents. In addition to paying rent, I pay half of the electric bill, and all of the telephone, television, and Internet bills. I finally, finally convinced my parents to ditch Comcast cable television and try out PlayStation Vue instead. I bought two Roku Ultras and hooked them up to their televisions, installed the PlayStation Vue app, and spent two days teaching them how to use it. I thought everything was good to go...
Now both of my parents are extremely conservative, and watch FOX News religiously. Yes, yes, I know. However, twice now they've complained that a FOX News show would restart on them. For example, they'll watch the 4 P.M. FOX News channel show, it'll play through fine, but then at 5 P.M., it'll repeat the 4 P.M. show instead of showing the 5 P.M. show. They managed to correct it the second time around by going to the guide, changing the channel to something else, and then going back to FOX News.
I haven't seen it either time as I was at work both times, but my parents swear that they didn't touch anything on the Roku remote, and that the shows just began to repeat themselves on their own.
Anyone else encounter something similar with PlayStation Vue?
