Pip Boy light-Help! Fallout 3

I was playing Fallout 3 and then didn't play for a month. I started again and somehow I had shut off the light which I really need. So I'm hitting buttons and it doesn't seem to switch on. I had shut it off to sneak, but now I need it. I'm on the X-box 360 and I mean the light attached to the Pip boy just to be clear.

Yeah, on the Xbox 360 just hold down the B button for a second to switch it on or off.

That was it and turning up the brightness in the game controls helped too.
