It also mentions the TOS novel Killing Time, which has Pike serving under Captain Spock on a Vulcan starship in an alternate timeline created by a Romulan plot.

I thought that was Kirk? I don't remember Pike being in Killing Time (though granted, it's been a long while since I last read that book).

The main character in Killing Time's altered history was "Ensign" Kirk, yes, but Memory Beta says that Pike was Spock's first officer in that timeline, or at least had been in the past.

In Killing Time's "Second History" (love that name, STXI's timeline needs one that catchy), Pike was first officer of a starship, and about to become a captain on Spock's recommendation. He calls to offer thanks and discuss the mass madness issue. He doesn't serve on the VSS ShiKahr (the alternate Enterprise) during the novel.

I read the Captain's Table issue (Where Sea Meets Sky) with Pike and enjoyed it.

That said, I haven't seen a comprehensive list of Pike in novels and/or comic books. Is there a definative list?

Sorry to find this thread so late, BUT I've got a Pike & Number One Masterlist that I frequently update which includes all of the tie-in novels and comics, as well as fan films, fan fiction, writer's resources, etc.
