Got my hair cut today. Figured since I have pierced ears now I can go back to having really short styles without risking looking like a guy.

Whaddya think? Too short? (Personally I like it but I haven't seen any of my RL friends since getting it done so...)
I love it, it's really fun! I recently had mine chopped short, and I must say it is the most liberating feeling! And I wouldn't worry about looking like a guy -- you look very feminine to me. Then again, my first day at work after I got my hair cut I overheard one of my kindergarten students "whispering" to another, "Miss Hannah looks like a boy!"

Heh, I used to have bullies in jr. high and high school say stuff like that behind my back (but loud enough for me to hear, and the names would be even worse at times) and I've had more than enough people refer to me as "sir" in the past (like for instance, I go talk to a receptionist, and they say "Can I help you, sir?")

Of course, I'm also alot more dressed up in that pic than I usually am. I felt like wearing a nice shirt today, but my usual attire is a t-shirt (usually either with a funny quote or something video game related) and jeans. :p I think having pierced ears now really helps. ;)

pfft! Anyone who thinks you look like a guy isn't paying enough attention - even if you were in a t-shirt and jeans!

Well, the fact that my belly sticks out past my boobs doesn't help much... unless I make a major effort to keep my gut sucked in which I've been trying to do more often lately. :p

And one of my favorite areas in Stockholm, Gamla Stan:

Those look beautiful, what camera are you using these days?

Thank you! A Canon PowerShot SX1 IS. But now that I finished reading those photography books I almost wish I went straight for a DSLR  But I shouldn't complain. The 20x zoom works very well, the only downside to this camera is that it's more difficult to handle under tougher lighting conditions. But what camera isn't.

So, do you still recognize the place?

Emher is a furry.

Could've done without THAT information. ;)
Oh motherf- I AM NOT A FURRY! You people have fucking Halloween over there but no one goes "oh dear he put on an animalsuit, he must be a furrry" when people post pics from that!

That's JUST what a furry would say... :shifty:

;)

I say we throw him in the river. If he floats, that means he's made of wood. Wood burns as to do furrys. That would he's a witc---- furry! BURN HIM!

Here's some of my Cleethorpes pictures, from when I was last there..

1. This is Ross Castle, on the sea front down a little from the Pier. It is an ivy covered stone tower with a spiral path to the top. It is not as tall as it once was:

2. This is the crazy golf course. There are actually three of them, but this has always been my favourite. It sits on top of the bank in between Ross Castle and the Pier:

3. There are donkey rides along the beach:

4. The north side of the town has these big concrete sea defenses. The town used to have floods from storm surges before these were built:

5. Illuminations as I head down towards the boating lake:

6. This is the boating lake. Not many boats:

7. Ducks:

8. They're all so fun and friendly. I love this picture:

9. Little footbridge over the water:

I hope you enjoyed the tour :)

Great pictures, Jadzia - and looks like you had better weather than I did. :)

Yeah, I also trundled down the northern defences area, hoping to get nearer to the Grimsby lighthouse on foot. The visibility was not great at that time, however. :(

Next time, it's Pleasure Island or bust! :D

Oh yes I do. Wish I could visit soon, who knows, maybe next year. :)

That Canon is doing a great job. :techman:
