Squiggy, at the end of a long, messed up day:

Squiggy, I'm going to be all sorts of disappointed if this little picture-journey you taken us on the past couple days ends without any take-off pictures!

Since the launch has been pushed to the 15th at the earliest, I won't be able to give them to you.

Ah, one of those days. Where you do all of your work and then told that you have to do it all again because other people fucked up.

Squig's pictures reminded me. One of the few of myself that I can stand was taken at Kennedy. I was inside a rocket-ship they have on the grounds.

I want to go back and visit again! I'd LOVE to see a launch. I live in Florida, but only see a tiny speck when I can see it. I'd love to go up and see one closer to where it actually launches.

Hey I remember that! Great times!!!

Taken tonight. End of a very long, very stressful week, capped off by a RA duty night with a record 3 incidents in the span of 3 hours.

He and his sister's parents ditched them for the weekend. They flew to Arizona to go to Cubs spring training!

I feel bad for all the babysitters they had to line up.

I'm not normally this brave, but here it goes. These were taken in 2006 during a trip to New Zealand. I hadn't intended to link to the URL, but for some reason I can't attach an individual shot at the moment. And no, I wasn't assigned to the New Zealand Penal Settlement, but I can assure those of you who noticed the islands were missing in First Contact that they are still there.

It's located in a secret location (on a sheep farm) a few kms outside Matamata, New Zealand. The town itself had signs welcoming you to Hobbiton.
