The kids each held it as well. The darned thing is bigger than my 4 year old's hand, but it just sat there and my son's eyes were the size of silver dollars. It was the best day ever.

Anyway, Mrs.Q2 & I are celebrating our 9th. Wedding Anniversary today. Here's a picture from dinner at a expensive local restaurant that goes way, way overboard with the Christmas decorations. Great meal, fun time and a beautiful picture of the two of us....

Merry Christmas everyone!

Snow is still a bit of a novelty in Seattle -- last year was the first time in my life it ever snowed on Christmas, and this year we were positively buried in the stuff! My younger sister and I took full advantage and built a surprise snowman on our grandmother's car in the middle of the night! (I'm on the left):
