She was fine ship that went before her time.
I do not have the same regard.
She’s better than Enterprise-E,B,C and -A
Only original Enterprise is better

Correct. Thankfully, we'll probably see the original Enterprise in future Short Treks and maybe Discovery Season 3.
The Enterprise in Discovery is not the Original Enterprise
The Enterprise-D represents a time that the Federation and Starfleet are probably nostalgic for. Which makes it funnier that the Ensign at reception doesn't know who Picard is and the Admiral tells him to get lost. They want the past to be seen, not heard.
Their idea is to prop Picard up, have him talk about the Enterprise, the Stargazer, the Battle of Wolf 359, the Klingon Civil War, saving all of Humanity from the Q Continuum, that sort of thing. The minute he opens up his mouth about what he thinks of what's going on "now", they want to escort him off the stage. "Go home, Jean-Luc, this isn't your home anymore."
PS: I side-step the TOS Enterprise vs. Disco Enterprise preference entirely. My favorite version is the TMP Enterprise.

Well with Picard's dream of being in the lounge on a Galaxy-Class, we might get an exterior shot as well. Who knows.I think that hologram of the Enterprise-D is the closest we’re going to get to seeing a Galaxy class ship in STP.

Nah - I say they probably have a rotating holographic display of past and present major Starfleet ship classes on a loop, and (magically) the Galaxy Class just happens to appear in that scene as Picard walks in - the audience of course doesn't see the captaion for the Galaxy Class that reads - "From a time when Star Fleet tried to merge military function with a family cruise ship layout...DIDN'T WORK WELL AT ALL!"
Well the placard for the Ent-E model at the Picard museum said it's still the most recent Enterprise as of 2399.
Though that could mean a few things. It could mean it's still in service, it could mean it was destroyed but they haven't made an Ent-F yet. It could say that so it doesn't spoil that it isn't.

They were written with background info from the show though. They weren’t just pulled out of thin air.Also, those placards are not canon
Though according to the writer of said placards, some of the info has changed since they were written. So yes, take the info lightly.
