To recycle my own joke, the bowl they used to equalize their haircuts was lost to the supernova. It's interesting how many different versions of Romulans they show. Some look traditional (with romulan haircuts), others more like humans.
Maybe they have different factions now and every faction has its unique look.To recycle my own joke, the bowl they used to equalize their haircuts was lost to the supernova.
I'm not a fan of cookie cutter culture, so I'd prefer that there was always some variety.Maybe they have different factions now and every faction has its unique look.
I believe that is Narek played by Harry Treadway. We've seen him and Dajh together in some of the trailer footage. It looks like he's with her at the place, maybe the Borg cube, where she's being held prisoner, possibly with the androids.I wonder if the handsome Romulan (?) directly behind /next to Dal is a Tal Shiar agent shadowing her.
We saw Romulans in the cube in the first trailer too. One of the signs was also written in Romulan. In pic #3 there appears to be a Romulan(?) standing off to the side monitoring the "prisoners". Perhaps lending some credence that Romulans control the cube.

If it was just Vulcans it would be OK. But that both civilisations would have retained the same cultural hairstyle over two millennia of divergence is blatantly absurd. The fact that all of the 24th Century Romulans (and Vulcans) had the same HORRIBLE hairpieces was arguably the worst stylistic design of those shows. Just friggin' awful.
I wonder how much was design choice and how much was the ability to share wigs among background actors. The fact that all of the 24th Century Romulans (and Vulcans) had the same HORRIBLE hairpieces was arguably the worst stylistic design of those shows. Just friggin' awful.
