Picard and Guinan, post Generations

If I understand the stupid Nexus correctly, after the events of Generations, Picard would not be able to have a conversation with Guinan about James T. Kirk. Well, he could, but she would have no memory of having suggested they team up, because it was her shadow or something in the Nexus. Right?

Then again, Guinan had that sense beyond reason in Yesterday's Enterprise, so maybe she would remember.

I just like the idea of Picard talking to people saying, "You will NEVER believe who I met!"

He could talk to Guinan about it, she just would have no knowledge of talking to him in the Nexus, since that was a seperate version of herself.

Since the Nexus exists simultaneously with all points in time, she should be able to remember anything she did in there, including talking to Picard and telling him to find Kirk, etc.

Then again, the way everything played out is dumb enough that she might not want to talk about it...

I wonder what Soran saw when he went into the Nexus the second time. "What's up, me." "It's been a while, me."
