I think Bones came up with a great thread about the technology and capabilities of the Galaxy-class starship in the Delta Quandrant. I didn't want to derail that discussion with something else that I got to thinking about during that thead that really interested me:
How would Picard and the Enterprise crew (we'll say right after 'All Good Things') have handled being stranded in the Delta Quadrant just like Voyager? I'll change the scenario just a bit - we'll drop the Marquis angle and just focus on how Picard's crew would have risen to the challenge. I won't kill off any of the senior staff either.
So, what do you think would happen? Would they try and make alliances in a different way than Voyager did? Would Geordi and Data come up with some great technobabble way of lessening the length of their trip? How would the rest of the crew react and how might their journey go do you think?
