3 pages in and absolutely no spoilers yet. Common hackers, what no one was able to hack CBS yet and download the episodes yet?

I did some hacking around and the title of the first episode is.... “Number 1”...
Get it? Because it’s the dogs name that will be in that episode. And also because it’s number one episode... CBS is funny :)
In all seriousness, I give it a non-zero chance of it being the actual title.

If the first episode is actually named "Chapter 1", and the others follow suit, I will be mildly annoyed.

So can I vote 3 times? Everyone knows you first vote is on whether or not you like it. Your second vote is whether or not the canon was respected. Your third vote is your contrarian vote where you see what has the most like votes and you vote for the complete opposite opinion of that.

Little early, isn’t it? We’ll have folks rating it poor before the week is over.

100% agreed. I've not rated it yet and the only way to do so is after seeing the thing.

Yes, Stewart has had a big hand in the show, much like he fettered with INS and NEM. Apparently F-bombs may be used according to a recent article. I'm not exactly enthused but I'm not immature enough to hate it before getting a chance to see it. Expectations may be subverted, and what the article told definitely created expectations - by their intent.

Source of f-bombs and other expectations to be set:

The new show is different from its predecessor in nearly every respect — texture, tone, format, production value, even the likelihood of characters dropping an f-bomb. That’s all by design. Stewart’s design. “He is uninterested in repeating himself,” says Alex Kurtzman

Note that Nicholas Meyer had a fairly different tone, yadda yadda yadda for ST2 TWOK... it's hilarious how they're patronizing the readers right out of the gate, why say anything when people would tune in and see firsthand that it might be different and not a carbon copy? Oh well.

We already covered this topic in another thead and it didn’t end well for me. Half of the board now thinks i am a deranged stalker (and potential terrorist). Don’t ask for spoilers, it will ruin your life

:-)

look! A smiley, this means i am actually joking. Pls don’t call the FBI!
