There’s nothing with “the crew of the Enterprise-G” per se, since the ship is still referred to as the Titan in the single scene where it appears. As the cover copy mentions, Raffi and Seven are touring the ship when the time-travel shenanigans begin, but after that the ship disappears from the story. There are brief glimpses of Sidney La Forge and a couple other characters including the new Chief Engineer, but nothing after page 32.

I went into this novel feeling cynical.
But the more I read the more it seemed to recapture the feeling of adventure and a crew working together of old TrekLit.
In essence, this book is a coda to Star Trek: Coda. It also reinforces the notion established in the DTI series that events cannot “unhappen” - every time travel incident creates a new timeline. With Wesley referencing the splinter timelines, it’s confirmed that the events of those have not been erased while validating their sacrifice.
In another way, the novel gives us a taste of that some people think LEG was going to have been like - Seven’s crew facilitating journeys to classic characters and events. In my ebook library, this will be the first book in the Star Trek: Legacy books collection. (If the show had happened, I would’ve liked to see a “new ship, new crew” series with episodes like TNG and VOY).
In essence, this book fits into many series, which I guess is just the fallout of the crossover series PIC was.
On the nerd side, I love seeing more NeoCon ships established. Titan-A seemed like a weird one-off in the show.
JL not knowing Sela’s fate surprised me. Isn’t she a major political figure in the remnant Empire, even before she becomes empress in 2407?

I presume you're referencing STO content there? In which case, it's not applicable. STO isn't canon, and has never been acknowledged by the show, and therefore this novel is not obligated to acknowledge it.
And no, the Enterprise F being Odyssey class on the show doesn't mean anything.
I've really enjoyed this novel and the time traveling adventure with Wesley and Picard and Beverly and Raffi and that we find out what happened to characters form TNG and the Picard series I'm so glad to see connections to the different tv shows .This story is getting really good. Bravo!
In fact in contradicts STO lore.
STO treats the shows and novels/comics as a separate continuities from its down, so this discussion really isn't needed. Yes it does reference them, but they make them fit their continuity instead of trying to fit into their's.
I imagine if they were to ever bring in the Ent-G it would still be called the Titan-A. Though Paramount is currently forbidding them from using Picard Season 3 stuff in story missions for some reason.

Almost exactly a third of the way in. In only about 12 hours. Most of which was spent either asleep, or re-packing for the all-day train ride home.

I'm not going to hold the syntax errors that the copy editor should have caught against this opus. Gave it an "Outstanding."
