If you look at this...
The Vorta almost seems concerned... for the Jem'Hadar. Maybe mutually concerned about the Founder... maybe she empathizes (seems a bit unlikely since the Vorta strike me as jerks)... or maybe she's worried about what will happen to her. I'm not sure all Jem'Hadar would be adverse to taking out a Vorta at a moment like this. But since the shot was on camera a while, the director must have wanted us to see it...
