People getting all bent out of shape about something said online

And if people had to pass a test to be on the Internet, the Internet would be a lonely place. :rommie:
I don't know about that. Seems to me like that idea definitely deserves consideration. I would propose the test be conducted on the basis of spelling and grammar.
Yeah, what's up with that? You'd think that with all the typing people do on a daily basis their skills would improve just a little bit. Instead, people from America communicate online as if English is a second language to them. No, scratch that. Third. I'm not some kind of grammar or spelling nazi, don't get me wrong. But people don't even use punctuation or say anything that makes sense.

We are creatures of habit and tend to make the same mistakes over and over. Hence, you get typos like "rediculous," "hypocracy," and let's not forget the myriad variants of "could of/would of/should of." :klingon:

I'm not even talking about stuff like that. I'm talking about sentences like this: "OMG did U C Taht wut r sru tklallingf abobut lololololol i cnet beleve she siad dat wutxz r u guyz diong 2nite we shuld go 2 tha mvovies l8r did u see wht britney wuz wering to day OMGF!!!!!"
