Parts of deck A seen

Obviously the Captain's ready room and the Bridge/Situation room were seen, but was any other part of deck A ever shown on the show?

I seem to at least recall one episode where they left the bridge not via the turbo lift, to access a secondary ops console, but I'm not sure...

There are at least two alternate entrances to the Bridge. One in the port-side aft bulkhead of the "situation table" cubby, and the aforementioned walk-in on the foreward bulkhead by the viewscreen.
