Of course they're going to promote their current franchise on the float. For them to do differently would violate every rule of corporate marketing. Plus, they'd be promoting CBS's property, not their own. Does Ford spend money to advertise GM cars? Lastly, about one tenth of one percent of people seeing the float even know it's different from what Kirk used to fly around in all those decades ago, and if you told them, they would look at you funny and try to get away.
