The universe mentioned in "Parallels" where the Enterprise is the only surviving ship after the Borg conquered the Federation.........and the universe in the four issue comic book series where the Borg conquered the Federation......

ARE NOT THE SAME.

In "Parallels", the Enterprise that had fought the Borg still included its saucer section.

In "The Worst of Both Worlds", the comic book series, the saucer section of the Enterprise had been destroyed in their early encounters with the Borg (just after Wolf-359).
