P/C: our thread is eternal

^I heard it, I just never knew what it stood for. I had thought at one time it meant "Beverly on Crusher". Which didn't make much sense...

^It would if it was Jack Crusher.

Speaking of Jack Crusher,... [just continuing my feeling of deja vu]

^Well, I'm hoping the effect would be getting Naraht back in the thread.

I told her on LJ that we all missed her and wanted her back in the P/C thread.

She said she didn't have anything new to talk about, P/C wise. She's been P/Ced out...

That certainly sucks. :(

Anyhow, any remarks on my new av (besides that little sharp edge blocking much of the left cheek)?

^^^ I don't think so.

[This is from her directing part of the battle scene in Labyrinth. The real question is: is she wearing a wig here because of all the lighting, or did she merely dye her hair blonde? :D ]

I thought it was a bird-prop too.

I had wondered what that was from in other threads, but hadn't asked. Little did I know that the answer was right here all along.

LIVE, DARN IT, LIVE!

I've missed this thread. However, I doubt that even Crusher and 10ccs of tricordrizine could revive it now, at least on the long term.

Here's a question for the posters in this thread, since many of us were very young when we first started watching TNG:

Was your first viewing of P/C before or after the first time you were ever in love yourself? If it was before, do you think this affected your view of their relationship and/or (for particularly obsessive P/Cers) your view of relationships in general?

Before (I still haven't fallen in love yet).

And it did kinda affect the way I viewed relationships for a while, making me wonder how they were supposed to work, and if extreme up and down was common.

I know a lot of you fine P/C-ers used to frequent the fan-fiction forum, but I haven't seen much of you of late.

Any chance May's challenge of "Mail Call" (link in my sig) will entice any of you back? ;)
