If you don't like the direction the story went in, I can understand that. I can see it.
If you don't like it because it had psychologically messed up characters, unrelenting negativity, held a mirror up to humanity's worst traits, and dared to show male nudity then I couldn't disagree more.
Anyway, I think Querns ultimately became exposed for what he really is, Devlin was pardoned after resigning from governorship, and Beecher got the supposed "murder" of Keller added to his original sentence, screwing up his life even further.
Alvarez probably wanted to see JoBeth after the Aryans were all killed but missed his window of opportunity, sending him reluctantly to Torquemada, who probably didn't last a year, sending Alvarez into a deep emotional withdrawal.
Replacement Aryans, who probably didn't connect the wipe-out of the brotherhood to Keller, probably blamed the Muslims.
A new leader of the Homeboyz (not Poet) probably emerged and worked out a deal with Pancamo.
The Drug War between the Homeboyz, Wiseguys, and El Norte would be resolved even though an Ideological War between the Brotherhood and the Muslims would pick up steam. Biscmilla (sp?) would probably lead the Muslims and he seems like he could be a slightly milder version of Hamid Khan.
Idzik, in Oz fashion, would regain faith in the universe right before dies.
