A Stitch in Time is lovely, but I'm afraid Andrew J. Robinson just does not have Una McCormack's ear for beautiful prose.

I know it's not an official Trek book, but Una's Cardassian fan fiction story Scorched Earth, was awesome! It had Garak return to Cardassia triumphant after Tain succeeded in destroying the founders. Great alt-universe style story. It would've been great as an addition to those alt-universe novella collections from a few years ago

Side note: the first two lines of Una's Acknowledgements page (for her Scorched Earth fanfic) are hilarious given all the praise for her star trek work in this thread:
