Outlook Folders

Running out of space on my outllook server and they won't grantme more. Any way to export my personal folders to my hardrive and access them outlook to my share drive?

What version of Outlook are you running?

Go to File -> New -> Outlook Data File. Use it to create a local Personal Folders file. Add whatever folders you want under the Personal Folders heading, then drag and drop email from your primary mailbox into the new (local) folder.
